Cafodd cwrs poblogaidd 'O Goedlan i Weithdy' (W2W) Woodland Heritage hwb croesawgar ym mis Mai diolch i wobr bwrsari ddiweddaraf Wood-Mizer UK, gyda phrentis Ben Law, Rachel Johnson, y buddiolwr mwyaf diweddar.
Wood-Mizer UK has sponsored one student at each W2W course for the last three years, with their £500 grant making the financial difference between a young forester being able to attend or not.
“The W2W course was a real help to me earlier in my forestry career, as it really brought to life the realities of the timber supply chain”, said Woodland Heritage Administrator and past W2W-attendee, Kelly Morss. “Each course aims to bring together people of different ages and backgrounds, but to be able to rely upon the support from Wood-Mizer UK to ensure a young forester can attend each time is a real bonus”.
Rachel Johnson made the most of the Wood-Mizer UK award with her application and appreciation of the W2W course receiving positive comment by the tutors.
